Thanks for joining us for our third edition of GRAFFITI OBSERVER. If all goes as well as it has for our previous editions, there will be about 10,000 of you. And, we hope you will all participate in a vote for your favorite graffiti tag photo.

As promised in our last edition, we are presenting our top 20 graffiti tag photos in this edition. The tag that gets the most votes as "favorite" will become an 18X24 inch full color poster offered FREE, details of which will be presented in our January edition of GRAFFITI OBSERVER.
